In every plan: cards through your own Stripe, BTC, LTC, ETH, USDT and USDC straight to your own wallet, all six product types, the REST API and signed webhooks.

The percentages above are Shuz’s fee. Stripe charges its own on a card sale, separately and directly to you. We do not set that rate and do not quote it here; Stripe publishes it. stripe.com/br/pricing

Questions people actually ask

Do you take a cut of my sales?

From a card sale, yes: our percentage is taken as a Stripe application fee at the moment the charge is created on your account, so there is nothing to invoice you for later. From a crypto sale, no. That money goes from your buyer to your own wallet without passing through us, which is why its fee is accrued and billed to you at the end of the period instead.

Where can I sell from?

Anywhere Stripe will open an account for you, and anywhere at all if you only take crypto. Shuz creates the charge on your own Stripe account, so the countries, the payout schedule and the settlement currency are Stripe’s rather than ours. You can price in twenty currencies either way.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your shop keeps working through the period you paid for. After that it drops to the free tier limits rather than going dark. Your existing orders, downloads and licence keys keep working, because your customers did nothing wrong.

Can you freeze or seize my funds?

No, on both rails. Crypto is paid to addresses derived from your own extended public key and there is no private key on our server. Cards run on Standard Connect, which means the Stripe account is yours, Stripe pays you directly, and the relationship survives us. If this project disappeared tomorrow, your wallet and your Stripe balance would both be untouched.

Which payment methods do you support?

Cards through Stripe, in every method your account has enabled. In crypto: Bitcoin and Litecoin natively, Ethereum for ETH and for the USDT and USDC ERC-20 tokens. Confirmation thresholds are yours to set per asset.

Do you ever hold my money?

No. A crypto payment goes from your buyer to an address derived from your own extended public key. A card charge is created on your own Stripe account and lands in your Stripe balance. Neither one rests in a Shuz account at any point, which is why there is no payout day here to wait for.

What about refunds?

A card refund is issued from the order page and goes back to the buyer through Stripe. A crypto payment cannot be reversed by anyone but you, so there the refund is a deliberate action: Shuz records the amount against the order and updates your figures, and sending the coins back is a transaction you make from your own wallet.
